Frangible Anemometer Masts

Pollite masts are designed with minimum deflection and ideally suited for anemometer equipment where they need to be mounted at height, within the airfield and therefore on a frangible mast.

Masts come in a standard diameter complete with galvanized steel hinged base to allow for easy raising and lowering of the mast. Standard heights in fiberglass are from 200cm to 1200cm. Frangibility comes as standard and colouring of the mast is typically red and white striped as per ICAO requirements.
